Bergen op Zoom is a city in the Dutch province of North Brabant, 40 kilometers northwest of Antwerp (Belgium), and 70 kilometers south of Rotterdam. The Bergen-op-Zoom War Cemetery and the Bergen-op-Zoom Canadian War Cemetery are located almost next to each other, 3 kilometers east of the city center, on the Ruytershoveweg, which runs parallel to the A58, the highway, from Roosendaal to Bergen op Zoom. The cemeteries can be reached from the highway via exit 27 'Bergen op Zoom–Centrum'. At the crossroads, the cemeteries are signposted to the right. After 1.5 kilometers the cemeteries along this road are on the left.

Coming from Belgium, via the A4 and A 58. In Bergen op Zoom, take exit 28. At the first traffic lights, turn right. At the next traffic lights turn right, keep left. After 2 kilometers the cemeteries along this road are on the left.
